All Branches must meet the following requirements to be in compliance with the Louisiana State Conference.

A Branch shall maintain no fewer than 50 adult members, Shall pay all annual assessments to National; shall file all year-end reports as required by the Constitution and Bylaws of the Association in order to maintain its charter.  Branches must also submit a copy of their annual year-end reports to the State/State-Area Conference and pay the State Area Conference Assessment.
